The PCREU is a comprehensive, results-oriented, professional development program, which prepares angents with both the principles and skills necessary to sell most successfully in today's dynamic marketplace. Our curriculum is rooted in the strategies and skills that have proven to be the "Best Practices" for sales success in the niche market of medical real estate sales.
Although “value” selling skills have a measurable impact on the ability of a real estate sales force to generate additional revenue and margin PCRE believes it takes more than training alone to achieve success.
At PCREU you will be provided with additional knowledge and support from medical related materials and from our esteemed Physicians Advisory Board, which allows you to converse in the language spoken by physicians.

PCRE Agent Training

Following your acceptance as a Physicians’ Commercial Real Estate agent, you will be scheduled to begin PCRE’s Operations, Sales and Lending training program. This class is a two week program. The trainer facilitates the classroom training in a setting that allows time for detailed instructions, hands on and ample Q&A.

During week two you will be placed in the field with some of our top producers for intense in field training. You will be measured using field observation against defined competencies. PCRE’s integrated two-step approach to training, coaching and application support achieves far better take-up than in-class training alone.
Classroom training takes place in our corporate office in Plano, TX. It consists of the following:

Ongoing Training

Your training is never "over" at PCRE. When operational systems are updated or improved, it may result in a change in procedures. Additional training will be provided to help you and your team learn the new procedures if it is required.
Most importantly, the same staff that worked with you during the initial training period is available (by phone, e-mail or at your location) for consultation and support on training issues that may arise.

Optional Agent/Broker Training

PCRE has conducted an exhaustive search and has selected Top Dogs™ for our commercial real estate brokerage training program. PCRE’s program has been custom tailored to best meet the needs of our niche market-Medical Real Estate.

When hiring agents (or when existing broker and agents simply need a refresher course), it is critical to ensure they know enough about commercial real estate brokerage to be able to be productive.

How to Fast-Track Your Expertise in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage is the fastest way for you to build the knowledge necessary to compete in the market. It's a 15-session course. Each session is between 60 and 90 minutes long and is delivered through high-quality video on DVD. When participating in this course you'll receive all of the training sessions on 2 (two) DVDs. You’ll also receive a 500+ page course book that contain all of the notes, samples, exercises and assignments for each session. PCRE recommends that new agents or those needing to refresh their knowledge watch a video lesson each morning. Then, throughout the remainder of the day, they should complete the tasks and assignments outlined in the video. At the end of each day, they should review the topics covered that day to fully integrate the learning. Following this format, five days per week, for three weeks, will give them the knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate that many third and fourth-year agents do not possess. During the course they'll learn about every major commercial property type, each of the common transactions, their roles in executing each transaction, the financial calculations commonly used in commercial real estate, the tools they'll need for success, and the people they need to get to know to be successful. Upon completion of the course they'll have the necessary knowledge to begin building their medical real estate business.
