• Strong sales and customer service talents.

• A desire to work with clients regarding real estate, construction, and design.
• The ability to travel to see clients and can work from an office or a vehicle.
• Computer literacy. Franchisees must be able to develop follow-up correspondence, update CRM entries, prepare presentations and develop plans with architects.
• The capacity to multitask—manage multiple clients and client-related projects, etc.
• High personal standards: Honesty, integrity, insistence upon excellence.
• Sound judgment, stability, maturity.
• A willingness to learn and implement PCRE systems.
• A community-focused attitude.
Previous real estate and construction experience, as well as real estate development experience, will be considered pluses but are not requirements.
