Our clients often require assistance in describing their course of action with regards to the particular health care facility. PCRE offers a fee based service to our clients requesting assistance in business plan creation as well as providing pro-forma financial analysis to help justify the cost of the facility.*

Step Three: Locating a Medical Building or Acquiring the Land
A key to success of any health care project is location, location, location. In addition to Medical MLS and Exclusive PCRE listings, PCRE is pleased to offer PCRE Premiere level listings. PCRE Premiere-level listings are qualified on the following criteria:
- Each PCRE Premiere listed building is vetted through our rigorous Property Assessment Service. The Property Condition Assessment Report will include 3rd party observations, along with photographs, drawings, tables, etc., to document findings. The report will contain conclusions discussing recommended repairs and/or the need for further investigations, if any. Where financial implications are connected with problem areas observed, opinions of costs for recommended actions will be provided.
